You can update your email and phone number from Settings → Account Details. If you change your email, we send a confirmation link to your old email first as a security check. The phone number is used for withdrawal notifications.

If we detect rule violation — such as multiple accounts, payment fraud, or use of automated tools — we may suspend your account and hold your balance pending review. We notify you by email and give you 5 business days to respond before any closure.
